Artistic Inspiration: Art That Sparks My Creativity

Artistic Inspiration: Art That Sparks My Creativity

There are times when the creativity juices are just flowing out of you. Isn’t that feeling the best? You love everything you’re creating, you feel like you’re building that social following you’ve been dreaming of, you’re excited to reach out to potential clients because you’re feeling confident…. and then….

BOOM! Everything dries up like a dessert. Now I don’t know if this happens because we burn out or if it’s the nature of how this career goes. One minute you’re hot and the next you need to sit on the couch with a bag of chips and a marathon of Schitts Creek.

Have no fear!

This happens to everyone and it’s normal (so I tell myself). I want to share with you a few things that help me when I’m feeling uninspired in hopes it will help you out of a funk or two.

Have you ever looked at primitive artwork? Ahhhh, the symmetry and lack of that “perfect” look makes me so happy.
